This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds and cancellations of our services. By enrolling in our training programs or purchasing our services, you agree to the terms set forth in this policy.
1. No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our services, including training programs, workshops, and custom software development, SkritpX maintains a strict no-refund policy. Once payment is made, it is non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Non-attendance or inability to attend a scheduled training session or workshop.
- Change of mind or personal circumstances.
- Dissatisfaction with the content, pace, or delivery of the training.
- Incomplete or partially completed training or services.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Training Programs and Workshops: If you wish to cancel your enrollment in a training program or workshop, you must notify us in writing at least 5 days before the scheduled start date. While no refunds will be issued, we may offer to reschedule you for a future session at our discretion, subject to availability.
- Custom Software Development Services: If you wish to cancel a development project, any fees paid up to the cancellation date are non-refundable. You will be responsible for any work completed up to the point of cancellation, including any outstanding balances for work performed.
3. Rescheduling and Substitutions
- Training Programs: We allow rescheduling of your training session to a different date or program, subject to availability, if you provide written notice at least 5 days before the scheduled start date. Only one reschedule per booking is allowed, and no refunds will be provided.
- Substitutions: If you are unable to attend a scheduled training session, you may nominate a substitute participant, provided you notify us in advance. Substitutions are subject to approval by SkriptX.
4. Exceptions
Any exceptions to this policy, such as severe illness or emergencies, are at the sole discretion of SkriptX. Such requests must be made in writing, accompanied by appropriate documentation, and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
5. How to Request Cancellations or Changes
All requests for cancellations, rescheduling, or substitutions must be made in writing and sent to mailtoskriptx@gmail.com. Please include your full name, contact information, and details of the program or service you wish to cancel or modify.
6. Changes to This Policy
SkriptX reserves the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and the updated policy will be effective immediately upon posting. We encourage you to review this policy regularly to stay informed about our terms.
