• Software Development:Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information exchanged during the course of the project.

• SkriptX is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of our services.
• We do not guarantee that our training programs or software solutions will meet your specific requirements or that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

8. Cancellations and Refunds
